Although Troop 13 is sponsored by the Blessed Sacrament School, a Catholic organization, youth and adults from any religious background are welcome. We have both youth and adults who are not Catholic in the troop. (Adult volunteers will be required to attend a youth protection program sponsored by the Catholic church.)

Our goal is to participate in at least one major activity per month (such as a camping or hiking trip, camporee, or other day trip). We also try to complete at least 3 community service events and 3 fund raising events each year.

The requirements to be a Boy Scout are:
-> Completed the 5th grade OR 10 years old and have earned the Arrow of Light OR be 11 years old
-> Have not reached their 18th birthday
-> Desire to believe and follow the scout oath and law
